1. Who we are

FanKeep ("FanKeep", "we", "us") is a paid creator-content platform operated by [Legal Entity, jurisdiction]. These Terms govern your access to and use of the FanKeep website and services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Eligibility & age

You must be at least 18 years old and of the age of majority in your location to use the Service. The Service contains material that creators may label as adult. Creators must complete identity and age verification before publishing, and every person appearing in any content is 18 or older.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Creators & content ownership

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. FanKeep is storage-and-distribution only — we do not edit creator content. By publishing, creators grant FanKeep a limited licence to host, transmit, preview and deliver their content to entitled fans, and to process it for safety review. Creators may delete their content and export their data at any time, subject to legal-hold obligations for material preserved as evidence.

5. Purchases, subscriptions & payments

Fans may subscribe to creators, unlock individual posts (pay-per-view), and send tips. Prices are set by creators within platform limits and shown before purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; by paying you also agree to that processor's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. Billing and refunds are governed by our Refund & Billing Policy.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not upload illegal content, infringe others' rights, harass creators or fans, attempt to redistribute or resell content, circumvent the paywall or safety systems, or solicit off-platform payment to evade creator earnings. The full list is in the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Safety & moderation

Nothing is published without pre-publication review. We remove violating content, may issue strikes or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement. Any person depicted may request removal via our takedown process, resolved within 7 days.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanKeep disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
